1. Health and Safety Rules
- All persons present in the Studio are required to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth.
- The Studio provides hand sanitizing products.
- The Studio ensures that all tools and materials used during procedures are sterile.
- Only Studio staff and clients may remain on the premises. If a client requires assistance, one caregiver may also be present.
- For safety and sanitary reasons, accompanying persons, children, and animals are not permitted in the Studio, except for guide dogs. During the procedure, guide dogs must remain in the waiting area.
- Clients are required to arrive at the Studio at their scheduled appointment time.
- With the Client’s consent, the Studio may collect necessary personal data for the purpose of notifying the Client about potential contact with an infected person and assessing the risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2, in accordance with Article 9(2)(i) of the GDPR.
- Smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages, and use of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on the Studio premises.
- The Studio does not perform procedures on persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Clients are strictly prohibited from touching tattoo equipment, tools, or auxiliary materials. Failure to comply may result in serious health risks.
- Personal belongings must not be placed on tattoo artists’ workstations.
- Consuming food in the tattooing area is prohibited (drinks are permitted).
- The Studio performs procedures only on persons aged 18 years or older. Minors aged 16–17 may receive a tattoo only with the written and personal consent of their legal guardians and in their presence.
